The highest recorded sale reached an incredible $130M, but there were also standout closings at $47M, $40.2M, $40M, $21.2M, $19M, $18M, and $17.5M. In some of these high-end markets, even the fifth-most expensive sale was above $10M\u2014a strong indicator of just how deep luxury demand can run in certain cities. One metro in particular stood out for its tight spread among the top five, with prices from $24M to $40M, showing less variation than others. These figures reflect publicly listed properties, so private deals may not be included, and in nondisclosure areas, the numbers are based on listing prices.
